Who I Work Best With

Leaders in SLED, Federal, public safety, and high-growth tech who need a closer that understands contract vehicles, politics, and how deals actually get funded.

State, Local & Education teams building or rebuilding public-sector GTM.
Federal programs needing a partner who “speaks procurement” fluently.
Vendors in cybersecurity, IoT, SaaS, AV, and emerging tech who want repeatable wins.

How I Create Impact

Reboot underperforming territories and verticals into pipeline and revenue.
Turn complex stakeholder deals into structured win plans.
Design capture strategies around RFP/RFQ and contract vehicle timelines.
Align sales, marketing, and channel partners for consistent execution.

What You Can Hand Me on Day One

A messy territory, lapsed accounts, or stalled public-sector deals to triage and close.
A new offering that needs a clear SLED/Federal GTM story.
Channel, distribution, or GSA/SEWP partnership work requiring an operator who knows how to win together.

How I Communicate

Direct, data-driven, and no theater. I translate between procurement and the boardroom so decisions move forward.
